It is within walking distance from certain tourist attractions.
Make sure you inspect the bed sheets thoroughly the moment you check-in. The bed sheets in my room had visible big patches of yellowish-brown stains. I didn't get to switch room 'cos they were fully booked. Only being offered to change clean bed sheet on the spot. Much to my horror, when the stained bed sheets were being removed, it revealed even more unpleasant sights underneath the mattress covers!!!.

The staff surprised me by slipping in car park tickets. If is really initiative from hotel, this is really the best part of my staying.
ideally, it is meant for backpackers. cheap for comfort bt overall the condition of the hotel can be improve. Example, the aircond was not in good condition, table and the water jug are in worse. guess it was lucky that the bathroom was renovated as still clean and new. so dont expect so much for this budget hotel, the positive point of this hotel is the location and staff. i dont mind paying a little more if hotel is in better condition.

Easily accessible. Located in the middle of town area.
The parking lot opposite is not the hotels. You have to park at a lot behind that.

WiFi available in all rooms, although not always working. Free parking available, although it is at common car park opposite the hotel. Hotel is about 5 to 10 minutes' walk to Jonker Street. Family room with 2 double beds available. To summarise, this is a no frills hotel with very basic amenities. If you are merely looking for a place to wash up and rest at night, this may be the hotel for you.
Floor in room was quite dusty. No room service to clean up room if you stay for more than 1 night. Staffs could not speak English well, so you may have problem communicating if you cannot speak Malay well. There is no elevator in this hotel, you need to carry your luggage up the stairs by yourself. Hotel is located in the middle of 2 narrow and busy roads, need to be very careful when you leave and return to the hotel. Integrated toilet/bathroom is very small.

The Staff nice, friendly and being helpful. Not far from Jonker Street, but yet still a little effort needed to walk. Very near to Famous Capitol Satay Celup.
The aircond is leaking middle of the night, and wake my parents up. Cleanliness still need to be improved.
